Thy Mother’s Glass

This is a novel I’ve been working on for a few months now.  Unfortunately, I don’t really write in a linear fashion, so the organization of the chapters is probably going to be the last thing that happens, but I will post what I’ve written as linearly as possible so you can read straight through if you like.  I’d appreciate any feedback I can get, especially of the literary criticism kind.

If you see %%, that means you’ve reached a part where I’m not sure if I like what I’ve written and could probably use a lot of feedback.

Prologue

This is the best representation of fact I can come up with, but I don’t know where the boundary is between what really happened and what I imagined so hard that I convinced myself it had happened.  But fact or not, this is truth because the feeling I get from writing this is the feeling I had when I experienced it.  So maybe names and sequences are all wrong, but this is still a true story.
